Spinning is my new therapy. I have to say that it’s the best way to end a Monday. Starbucks to start the day and spinning to end it. Take away the work part in the middle and not a bad day.
In the working world, Mondays are dreadful. The only good thing about Monday is when the work day is over. In my case, the end-of-the-date commute adds to the miserableness. So really, until I get off the train at Belmont and head to the gym, that’s when I’m okay with Monday. And as soon as that spinning class begins, the stress begins to fade.
